Within minutes of opening the box the product started to impress with its simple setup and gentle learning curve. The hard drive is nicely put together and you would think it will last a long time under normal conditions. The 1TB Desktop Hard Drive is a item that is designed with the consumer in mind.
The large 1TB capacity provides enough space for anyones music collection surely? The unit sits quite nicely on a desk or behind a desktop PC but is a bit too large to haul to work with you every day in my opinion.
This hard drive is a excellent example of how Hitachi are aiming products at your average hard drive user. Currently the 1TB Desktop Hard Drive is priced at £62.62 which I think is cheap for a 1TB drive. If you are on the look out for a good hard drive then the 1TB Desktop Hard Drive is highly recommended by buyharddrive.co.uk.
