Laura has been working for buyharddrive.co.uk for 12 months and has a wealth of knowledge regarding hard drives. After a good look online I felt it would be good to get a independent review on buy hard drive for the 1TB My Book Hard Drive. I went online and ordered a Western Digital 1TB My Book Hard Drive for testing and it was delivered quickly by our supplier. I was not overly satisfied with the noise level of this unit, it is meant to be silent but there is a definite worrring noise. The manufacturing quality of this drive is good and it looks nice enough. The 1TB capacity is huge by my standards and I could never fill it. I think if I had £70.48 to blow on a hard drive I would look at models which are more portable personally.
